Recruitment Supervisor(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• To be in charge of daily recruitment activities working together with functional departments and third party organization (outsourcing company) in order to fulfill recruitment target.

Requirements:

• Male / Female, maximum 35 years old
• At least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment and familiar with outsourcing company
• Having a good communication and negotiation skill
• Active, dynamic, target and quality oriented
• Willing to do business travel
